Vienna style Mexican Lager
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 20 SRM: 10
Almost all Mexican beers we know today started from classic German styles made by German brewers who moved there at the turn of the 20th century. One of the original versions they created was the amber stye lager we all love. This is a version of a Vienna Lager from Germany. Our version uses authentic german malts from Bamberg and Bohemian Lager yeast. We lagered this beer for over 2 months. The nutty and toasty Vienna malt, noble hops, and classic lager flavors carry this beer. Great for summertime drinking. Serve with a lime if you so please. Chips and salsa not included.
Short & Stout
ABV: 4.3 IBU: 35 SRM: 35
A lower alcohol version of a traditional stout. We kept all the flavor and lowered the alcohol so you can enjoy more of them. The stout comes in at 4.3% abv with tremendous amounts of dark chocolate and the flavor of your favorite cold brewed coffee. It goes down smooth and easy. We’ll have you reaching for another glass in no time.
Orange You Glad?🍊
ABV: 4.1% IBU: 18 SRM: 2.5
An extremely light beer. We crafted this beer with care to have 108 calories. 100% Azacca hops gave this brew a unique orange tang without any additives. This beer goes down easy and will keep you reaching for another glass. Enjoy!
The Bulgarian Connection
ABV: 5.3% IBU: 20 SRM: 3
Our assistant brewer, Nikolai, loves to homebrew when he isn’t working. This recipe is one of his favorites. We let him brew it on a large scale to bring it to a larger audience. He combined Hibiscus flower with lemon peel to create a refreshing floral and tart summer beer. Malts of 2-row and Pilsner alongside a clean ale yeast give a good base for the hibiscus and lemon peel to shine through. Cheers to Nikolai! Cheers to the Bulgarian Connection!
Guilford Golden Lager
ABV: 4.2% IBU: 17 SRM: 3
A crisp and clean American Lager. We used all German malts and a clean European Lager strain to create this crushable beer. One sip and you will understand why it takes over a month to make this beer. We lagered for over a month at below freezing temperatures.
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 8 SRM: 2
One of our house staples. A traditional German Hefeweizen. Aromas and flavors of banana and clove come through. A light refreshing taste comes from a simple grain bill of pilsner and wheat. A perfect beer for these long hot days!
ABV: 4.5% IBU: 7 SRM: 5
Our original Belgian style Witbier. Brewed with Tettnanger hops and spiced with chamomile, coriander, and orange peel for a nice zesty flavor profile. Easy drinking and totally crushable, the perfect beer for patio weather.
ABV: 6.8% IBU: 25 SRM: 4
A traditional saison. We used pilsner malt, wheat malt, and rye malt to craft this refreshing farmhouse beer. This yeast produced restrained amounts of clove/pepper and an abundance of fruity esters. Well-balanced for the high alcohol but still very crisp tasting. The perfect beer to drink on a hot day.
Buckshot Amber Ale
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 25 SRM: 15
Buckshot is highlighted by roasted toffee and caramel notes, making it a smooth, sessionable ale. Buckshot is brewed using six different malts and mild American hops giving it a sweet but balanced flavor.
Southern Session IPA
ABV: 5.2% IBU: 35 SRM: 7
They say it's about the journey, start yours with the Land of Pine. Southern is highlighted by two adventurous hops, Cascade and Centennial, giving this Session IPA big citrus and pine flavors. A light malt profile balances Southern making it a session ale perfect for every excursion no matter the destination.
Hazzy Hoppy Happiness
ABV: 6.0% IBU: 35 SRM: 5
We brewed the first version of this beer last fall. After multiple trial batches since then we finally we created this final version. Intensely fruity from massive dry hop additions and the specific yeast we used. Hops of El Dorado, Azacca, and Mosaic make this beer taste like multiple different fruits. Flavors of pineapple, passionfruit, orange, mango, and papaya can be detected in the glass. Lower bitterness allow for all these fruits to be front in center. The haze comes from our additions of oats and wheat. Enjoy the Happiness!
Steady As She Gose
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 10 SRM: 3.5
A gose is one of the oldest beer styles in the world. The first recorded brewing of this style was in the early 13th century. Due to mining upstream of the original town, this beer was brewed in the town’s river water was salty. We made this version with salt to try to recreate these conditions. Our version is made with a majority of wheat malt with the remainder made of pilsner malt. We added coriander seed just like the original recipe to give a lemony citrus note. Another characteristic about this style is that it is tart/sour.
